386 to 185: 211lbs lost in about a year!

My friend Ryan achieved the tremendous feat of losing over 200lbs. He did it through sheer determination and force of will. He ate properly and exercised his *kitten* off, going from barely being able to walk for 5 minutes to spending hours at the gym. His physical health has also improved his mental health, and allowed him to be a more productive member of society as well as a more confident individual. I think what Ryan has done is astonishing. Whenever I feel like giving up, I remember that the weight I need to lose is just a fraction of what Ryan achieved.

    has to be some kind of record ...honeslty.

    not just the 211 pounds, but in the time frame. it took him 17 months to lose the weight ... that' s 12 pounds a month for over a year and a half.
