Hi guys,

I've been tracking my food and lurking around here for a while now so I decided it's time to introduce myself.

I'm 31, female, and I am on a mission to lose about 100 pounds. I've been a gym rat for the past several years and I've completed a handful of half marathons. I am proof that you cannot out-exercise a bad diet. It's finally clicked for me....gotta change my diet. I've been working with an awesome trainer/nutritionist at my gym and I finally feel like I'm on the right track.
