My calories are all over, calculation HELP!!

So I have entered my info into a few different sites, Ive gotten so many different numbers I dont even know how I got my current number anymore???
The first two weeks I lost 5.2 lbs eating at the MFP recommended 1240cal
Week three I lost nothing, than I read the IPOARM , and decided to change my calorie goals.
This week no loss again, but im eating at 1600, and my exercise calories. Not sure how or where I figured out that calculation. So I think I need to be reset again
my stats are:
Age 33
Weight 154
Height 64"
Neck 13"
Waist 34"
Hips 44"
My BMR came out to 1471
Activity level (is this the TDEE?)
Sedentary 1765
Light 2023
Moderate 2280
(These #'s came from the fat2fit site)
Id like to set it at sedentary, and eat my exercise calories back. My weeks are pretty sporadic, depending on my husbands work schedule (Im a mom with a husband who owns his own business. can be hard to stick to a schedule some weeks)
Typically, I go to bootcamp 2-3 times a week for 45min, 1-2 5km lunch runs, 1-2 at home workouts (30 Day shred or elliptical)
so exercise 5-6 days a week..if its a bad week 3 times
so, i guess my quetion is, are my newly calculated numbers RIGHT?
set my cals at TDEE Sedentary-20% - 1412 + (eat exercise calories)
