Hi, I would like to stick with a 1500 calorie a day or less, but I need tips and pointers and ideas on what to eat, and drink besides water (i don't really like water). I have tried this before but haven't stuck with it and this time I want to stick with it. I want to educate myself as I go along. So if anybody wants to give me some tips please feel free. Thank You!!!!

Try mio or other water drops to flavor your water. My favorite is adding pink lemonade flavoring to Perrier for a sparkling pink lemonade.0

I drink Diet Coke like a fish drinks water. I know that I have gone literally months at a time without drinking any water. So to increase my water, I have made myself alternate from Diet Coke to a 20-oz bottle of water back and forth. My current goal is to drink 3 bottles of water a day. That significantly reduces that number of Diet Cokes I drink each day, and I'm also feeling less bloated and fuller. Even if you flavor your water, you might consider alternating it with your current go-to drink, and set small goals and go upward. I currently get 1590 calories, with a goal of losing 1 lb a week. My loss has been bigger than that so far, because I had been eating far more than that for quite a while. I find myself eating 1400-1500 most days and still losing. One tip I've heard is "eat things that grow" i.e. fruits/veggies, even meats/fish, and less packaged products. I forget sometimes how much I really like fruits. Also, I've found a fruit dip that really makes me excited to eat an apple/strawberry with my lunch each day. I've also concocted a spinach salad that I enjoy that helps fill me up. Find a few go-to foods that you can really get excited about, and start by making some small changes, one at a time. Good luck, you can do it!0

I don't like water either but I drink between 8 to 12 glasses a day with Mio they have different flavors and you can change them up and no calories either I also drink decaf brewed coffee about a pot or pot and a half a day. I'm a newbee too! Since the first week in January i began cardio swim classes at my local YMCA and been watching what i eat....started cutting out regular pop and substitued diet pop and try to drink 2 or 3 bottles of water a day with raspberry lemonade flavoring of course and counting calories i've lost 12.5lbs! Only started using this app this week and love it ! It's like i'm addicted to it! Any other ideas as to what i can do to work this weight off ?I need to stay away from sugar and sodium!0
