    Twins, siblings, cousins, aunts, and uncles...all welcome! I am all for some mutual motivation, encouragement, and the occassional pep-talk (or butt-kicking if necessary). I like to share my food diary and would love to connect with others that follow a paleo template (adjusted as per what works best for my body) and care to share their food logs too!     From online calculators my body fat averages about 28% so I'm not sure how accurate it is. Would love to be in the lower 20s.

    starting weight:180
    current weight: 176
    ultimate goal weight: 119 (but there are checkpoints along the way)

    I'm willing to support and motivate anybody, so even if we have only one thing in common, feel free to add me! I will be upfront that I'm not super into excercise, I mostly walk to class, go to work, and that is my excercise. but portion control and food watching, I can do! I've only been on here for a little over a week and see marked difference in the things I do! :D
