What are you committed to doing????

Options
Well MFP says I have been doing this 145 days so far, so I chose a quote for us all on commitment today....

“There’s a difference between interest and commitment. When you’re interested in doing something, you do it only when circumstances permit. When you’re committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results.” ~Unknown

I am committed to:
- losing at least 80lbs
- making better food choices
-training for a 5K
-getting my muscles back
-and since having this couch surgically removed from my azz...I am committed to not allowing it to reattach itself

There are many many more from me, but I am more interested in reading your commitments....so your turn!!!

I am totally committed to reducing my body fat to a healthy percentage

I am totally committed to picking up heavy *kitten* and putting it down again to retain my muscle mass

I am totally committed to eat the right amount of calories for a healthy weight loss for my body, even if that means a slower process.

I am totally committed to giving encouragement and support to my friends on MFP who are also doing this the healthy way.
