I need help with salads

The regular salad with spinch is starting to bore me what can i do to spice up my salad but not add a lot of calories?????????

    Here are some fun things you can add to your salad (not all at once, of course):

    -Jicama
    -Carrots
    -Peppers (bell peppers or spicy jalapeno - any kind)
    -Grapes
    -Strawberries
    -Apple Slices
    -Orange Slices
    -Nuts, like sliced almonds, sunflower seeds (SMALL amount - these have healthy fat that you need)
    -Sliced Grilled Chicken Breast
    -Carmelized Onions
    -Cranberries
    -Feta Cheese (1/2 handful crumbled on top)
    -Soybeans
    -Black Beans

    Herbs and spice blends. I use salt free versions. Mrs. Dash or a sprinkle of Italian seasoning. I also play around with my dressings. I try to go for low fat and low sodium versions.
