Woohoo! I finally broke the 200 mark this morning! I am 199.8 lbs for the first time in 15 years!
My wedding ring fits for the first time in 15 years! Tracking food has really worked! It has been slow since I started last week of Dec. I am down 19 pounds and I hit my first huge hurdle! Thanks Mfp pals for the support and encouragement!
