For those who have succeeded - your thoughts...?

I have lost 30 lbs in my journey, eat well (see my diary) or at least I think I do - I'll take any guidance. I am pretty active (cardio 2-3x week hard for 45-60 min) and I lift 3x a week heavy. I currently weight 228 and am 19% bf.
I see success stories all the time and have no idea how people get to single digit bf%.
Any idea how to break through this and get to 10-12% bf?

Seriously its a long hard road and you just have to keep on going down it. Keep working hard, keep watching what you eat and just stick with it. It all takes time and effort0 -
arnold schwarzenegger said it takes 5-10 years to build a great body, so to build an amazing muscly physic and go from 16% to sub 8 % I would say 3-4 years if done right, you could do it quicker but I don't think the results would be that great, it would be hard to hold on to lean muscle, less your a seasoned body builder, just stick it out and have the goal of sub 10% in your mind.
this is my goal also, I am stuck at 12% 18months ago I was 22%. I have a target of reaching 8% in the next 3 years0
