Calling All Purse Junkies!

I found the Louis Vuitton handbag my sister in law gave me about 6 years ago in my closet, under a pile of all my unused purses (yes I'm a purse hoarder). I've never been into "name brands" since my addiction to handbags has diminished over the years. However, I know this thing is real. My SIL would never carry anything fake. Unless she's fooled me.
However, I don't know how much it's worth (as I want to sell on Ebay). I know it's a vintage monogram style (dark leather/canvas with the LV logos and the clovers on it) and has a date code inside the purse on a leather flap.
Are there any Louis Vuitton junkies out there than can help me determine what kind of purse this is and if it's fake or not? I have pictures I can show; just don't know how to post them here.

If it is real how much are you asking for it?0

Google The Purse Forum. They have a LV section and will be able to authenticate it for you.0

I am 99% it is real. I have pictures to show. I haven't determined a price yet for sale.
I will check out that Forum, thanks!
Anyone interested in just looking at the pictures for me, message me.0 -

It is pre-owned. Looks brand new on the outside; has that "stiffness' still from the leather but inside shows used.0 -

Dirt! I signed up but in order to post a new thread for authentication, I have to be a member for 5 days AND contribute to 10 posts. WTF!0 -
There are online places where you can authenticate but if you are have a strong resistance to handbags maybe you could pop into a store and just ask them what to look for to find out if it's genuine. Just only go if you are too broke to get one, or are very good at resisting temptation because they are having awesome bags right now, especially their special line, can't remember what it's called but "buttery leather" hobo's with lazer cuts logo's wowzers. Look away, look away!0

yeah! LOOK INTO IT!0

Do you know the style name? I may want to buy it!! lol. I'm an LV junkie. You'll definitely want to authenticate it prior to listing on Ebay or else they will pull the auction down if you don't guarantee it to be authentic.0

LV junkie here. Can you post a pic? We can cross reference the different collection years to find the name. If it's 6 years old, I'd sell it half off of retail at that time. It won't be hard to find out that information.0

Found it. It's the 'Cabas Piano Shoulder Bag'.0
