Oat protein cookies- picture of my baking!

Gotta try these peeps! let me know how you get on!

Ingredients (makes 24 cookies)

1 cup oats
1 cup raisins
1 cup shredded coconut
2 scoop vanilla Promax
3 egg whites
½ bag mixed crushed nuts
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 banana, mashed
1 tbsp honey or sugar free maple syrup

Nutrition stats (per cookie)
Calories: 238
Protein: 15g
Carbs: 43g
Fat: 2g
Fibre: 8g

Method
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease a cookie tray.

Mix all the dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Then combine. Form approximately 24 cookies and bake on the tray for 10-15 minutes until slightly browned.
