My BMI has gone from the mid forties down to the high thirties! It was really nice to see that number switch this morning, still have a way to go but it is a start :bigsmile:

    Congratulations!!

    I've been tracking my BMI though my Wii Fit and I can't wait for the day that little voice stops saying "that's obese" to "that's overweight" :laugh:
