BeFit in 90

A newbie question...last night I read a lot here about why you should strength train. And I found the "BeFit in 90" videos on youtube. I just completed the Day 1 workout. Aside from the horrific realization of just how out of shape I am, I have no idea how to log the workout. Anyone done these videos before? THANKS!

  • No, but n ow I'm going to check out the videos, I do some Jillina Michaels videos which are a mix of cardio and strength and someone else told me to log it as circuit training, general.
  • I do a lot of different things to workout and none of it seems to be on the workout list so I just use "aerobics, general" to log in my time.
