So seriously now, if I'm multi-tasking - reading the forums and summarizing a deposition at the same time - did I get to log both activities or just the one with the higher calorie burn?

I spend 6 days a week in the gym and lift heavy stuff and eat 2500 calories a day and the pounds are falling off of me at a rate of 2 pounds per month, so all of you should be doing what I am doing or you will lose all your muscles and be skinny fat and bald and gain 100 pounds.0

Short answer to "how many calories does xyz burn?" - It depends. How much do you weight? How much muscle do you have? How hard were you working? What did you have for breakfast? How much did you sleep last night? How often have you done xyz before? Did you have to rest or pause? What did you do before xyz? What are you doing after xyz? How much caffeine have you had? Etc.
"How do I log xyz?" Well, however you feel like logging. But logging it doesn't change how many calories xyz actually burned.
And I'll stay away from "Do I have to eat back my workout calories?"0 -

Only if you had five scoops of Jack3d before washing those spoons...in which case, most of the calories burned were used on trying to force your hands to be still enough to wash the spoons properly.0 -
