It's been a year since I began my weight loss journey! It's been a LOT of work but it definitely paid off!! I'm 11lbs away from my goal!! I feel GREAT! I'm much more confident and I'm fitting into clothes that I haven't been able to wear since Jr High School! Hard work really does pay off! I couldn't have done it without all my Pals here at MFP! Love you guys!!!!!

    Portion control and exercise! Wasn't easy thats for sure (especially over the holiday season) but it definitely paid off!
