And, no, I don't mean in that awful patronizing way in which everyone is a winner, or we should all be at the head of the line.

We all have the same muscles, in the same places, with only the most minor of variations. Our genetic similarities so vastly outnumber our genetic differences that we are essentially identical, you, and I, and him, and her.

What makes those fitness models look so fantastic is not superior genes. It's patience, consistency, and gradual changes which are so incrementally miniscule that they are immeasurable from day to day.

It's not too late for you to look how you want to look, and feel how you want to feel.

    I worked in a DNA lab for five years. Indeed, we are so alike that only .0000001% separates us from each other in many cases.

    Snowflakes are also alike in composition. It's only a teensy little difference in how they look that makes them different.
