I would love any tips anyone may have in helping me. I work full time and fitting in exercise and healthy meals seems to be challanging. • I am 5"7 and weigh 205 and also have two small children ages 3 and 5! So I completely understand you challenges. Probably one of the most important things I can tell you is Eating 5 small meals a day....ON TIME! The only way that I find that I am able to stick to this is cooking my food in advance for a couple of days...it's so worth it! Because half of the battle is being PREPARED, it's not willpower. I have 3 meals a day and 2 shakes in between for a total of 5 meals. This will rev up your metabolism and make it a fat burning machine! But if you don't prepare...it's so easy to eat junk when you are starving! I know...I've been there. Even at work...you can eat take a couple of plastic containers to work and you will be prepared at work. (or take a shaker cup to work if you choose to do protein shake). I just started my 90 day challenge today so if you want to check in every now and then...maybe we can motivate each other.!! Good Luck!!! You can do this...just stay CONSISTENT FOR 90 DAYS AND YOU WILL CHANGE!!!
  • BTW : That's eating every 3 hours!

What type of protein shake do you do?
  • My story is the same as yours! I take the stairs at work and do them often.
