Hi all! I wanted to share my progress pics so far! I started my journey August 2nd 2012 weighing in at 297.8 pounds. almost 300! After years of losing weight, gaining it back, ect. I decided I was tired and wanted to change my life around for good. My first goal is to get to 197 pounds-100 lbs and then an additional 20 pounds. But I am taking it one day at a time and trying to make small goals instead of focusing on it all at one time and getting discouraged. I am 25 and 5'7. always welcoming new friends! thank you for letting me share :)
