Trying to add my workout

I am new to the fitness pal site and I am having problems adding my strength training. I take a power pump class 3 times a week and it's an hour of weight training and hits all muscle groups. I am trying to add it or find something already in the database similar to it and I can't find anything. Can anyone help?

    I always create my own exercises (scroll to the bottom for this option) so I can look back and remember what I did. I would just put "power pump" in and put it in the cardio category if you want to mark your calories. I wear a heart rate monitor to log mine more accurately.

    HRM may not measure correctly for weight training. They are meant to use during aerobic activity.
