Panda or Protein Shake?

today's workout day. I need to run by panda express for my sister after work and I want some...but I usually drink a protein shake before workout. should I have panda or the shake? please halp

    Panda: Have some lean meat and something tangy. You can't be PERFECT all the time. It's Friday, you work hard, and you can make healthier choices. If you constantly deprive yourself, that leads to hating "dieting" and failure. Trust me : )

    How is panda express going to make you feel right before a work out? I'd take the shake - much better pre-workout prep.

    Yeah but I am eating genghis grill tonight and i ate subway already this week.

    And having panda anytime gets me excited in weird ways..

    I would think that if you did anything from Panda it would be to much on your stomach to work out on... the thought makes ME want to hurl..lol Go with the shake.
