I am new to this site been trying to get motivated on LostIt.com. Not working.

I have recently come across some health issues with my liver, stomach and esophagus.

Need to be motivated by some one that won't steer me wrong.

I am 182 lbs. 5' 7".
Need motivation.
Need help with portions more then diet.

Would love a local walk partner.

Need some kind of exercise other then walking.

Due to my bilirubin being mysteriously high I was requested to get a liver ultrasound.
I have recently been diagnosed with a tumor in my liver that they won't remove cause I have such a fatty liver.

But this is not causing my bilirubin to be high.

So they sent me for a upper GI.
Found that I have acid reflux damaging my esophagus bad enought that I am medicated for it.
Being tested for Barrett's diesease and found I have a hernia (upper part of stomach that is coming up through my diaphragm).

My follow up is on the 17th.
I am hoping to improve my weight a bit till then. Nothing crazy...

I have lost 2.5 lbs already since May 1st... Just with portion control.

I am italian and LOVE to eat and OVER EAT. Must clear the plate even if it is my second trip.

Been purchasing healthier meals pre-setting with right size portions for the whole family. Storing left overs in pre portioned containers. Fridge is a disaster - but we are all doign GREAT.
