night crew / over night.

I'm picking up one over night shift at work. It's from 11pm - 8am. It starts Tuesday night, and I get off Wednesday morning.

Should I just log after midnight into Wednesday? Or, how would you log?

    Hello! I used to work third shift too. It depends on your sleep schedule. I would log the food on the days you sleep. For example, If you woke up at 8 p.m. (or if you plan on it after a couple weeks, as you haven't started third shift yet) and went to bed at say 10 a.m. Wednesday, log your food in the Wednesday spot. That way, each time you wake up, its a brand new "day" and will cause less confusion in the long run! Hope that helps
