What are your SuperBowl tips and tricks?

What are you doing to keep your calories to a minimum at the snack food filled SuperBowl parties? I am going to run my butt off in the morning and drink immense amounts of water before, during, and after!!!

I'm going to the gym. I live in Maryland so I'm hoping all of the Raven's fans will be home watching the game so I can have the gym to myself. The only problem is that DC is much closer to me than Baltimore so most of the people around here are Redskin's fans.0

Like to make "Hot Legs". I use chicken legs, remove the skin and marinate in Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce. Bake at 425 for about an hour, then brush with alittle more sauce before serving. They are alot less fat than the wings. You could use skinless thighs, too.0
