Size: 14/16 or XL (depends on the brand)
Short term goal #3: 190

Other factors: mild/moderate PCOS (taking natural progesterone cream and as of two months ago I am cyst free)
Diet: Trying best I can to do under 50g fat, 20-25g fiber, 60-70g protein and 130-150g carbs
Exercise: gym time is 3-5 times a week at 45 minutes to an hour each time!
