Supplements and Protein

Hi All,
Two questions:

1. Is there a place to track supplements?
2. How do you get your protein without piling on the calories?

    You can set up your diary however you want. For example, mine is set up at meals 1, 2, 3, 4, and Supplements.

    As for protein, lean meats are a wonderful thing. For example, Tuna in water, 3 oz. can: 80 calories, 18g of protein.

    egg whites are essentially 100% protein, so you're not adding any fat or carb calories when you eat them.

    I found the page to edit my diary, but still don't see where to add supplements.

    Just change the name of one of the meals to Supplements. Most supps can be found and added the same way food is, via the search feature.

    ive been using a usn ultralean meal replacement shake, i have one straight after my workouts, they have 25grams of protein, and only 193 calories, so its not too bad really :) taste good too!!
