Hear me out!!
I'm committed. I'm losing this weight safely, healthily and through lifestyle change. I have the food part down, but I want to throw in exercise and again, in the long term my exercise regime will be sustainable and sensible.
But... in 9 weeks, I hand my wedding dress in to be altered, fitted and handed back to me to wear on May 8. So I need to maintain for the weeks between the final fitting and the wedding (3 weeks). So given that I have the best motivation in the world to go as hard as I can for the next 9 weeks, what exercise regime should I do for 9 weeks to get the best effects? I'm talking boot camp v 30 day shred v personal trainer v.... other suggestions?
No physical issues with exercise apart from being pretty damn unfit. I figure if I can use this overwhelming wedding motivation to go as hard as I can (without hurting myself of course!!) I can create a habit, or develop a like for exercise!

You will be fine, don't over stress yourself, you don't want to look stressed and weak during your wedding. Please eat well, make right food choices, with lots of soup and home made fresh juices to glow in your wedding. Also have you exercised before, if not, then start with low intensity exercises and then go for moderate ones.Don't try to do too much too fast.
I think if done for a month religiously you can continue for a lifetime. All the best and Congratulations.I have similar goals but I have around 10 months in my kitty.:flowerforyou:0 -
Thanks! I'm actually really keen to start a regime, and motivated enough to go hard out, I guess what I really want to know is whether to hit a boot camp, gym, personal trainer, 30 day shred...0

Well since you have 9 weeks, and seem at a loss on where to start, I would consult a personal trainer as your best bet! He/She can help you come up with an eating plan along with the most effective workouts for you. You can probably even do only 1-2 sessions and just get a plan set up. But then it'll be up to you to keep moving forward. Good Luck!!0
