I've looked in the database, and each entry has such wildly different information! I have a 404 gram chicken leg quarter from the grocery store with no nutritional information on it, of course.. and I'm having a hard time adding it to my diary. Does anyone have a good estimate? I'm getting anywhere from 360-1000!

Deboned, skin on or off, just meat?
Anyway, 100g's of leg meat only with skin on is about 190 calories.0 -

I realized I should just remove the meat once cooked and weigh it so I get an accurate number. Thanks!0
