    This is when I finally got down to 176 after losing 156lbs

    This is last year in the spring at comicon im about the same size now I got another 60-80lbs so ill have a total loss of over 190lbs... so time to get at it =)

    I was planning on taking today off from the gym for just a little break since I was tired. After seeing some posts on this site I went anyway. Very happy I did. Thanks for posting your results!

    You look really great!! We are almost body doubles except I have a little less in the boobs and more in tummy (grrr). I am 5'2 and last weigh in was 146. Do you have a desired end point? If I could get between 130 and 135 I'd be happy I think!

    I have been inspired so many times by looking through everyone's pictures, especially on those days when I look in the mirror and still see "old" me and want to say screw the run and eat a tub full of ice cream. Then I come to the boards and get some perspective and thank you to everyone who posts their pictures, they really do help so many people.

    Here is a little inspiration from me. I started out at 280lbs and currently weigh 158lbs and still want to lose 30lbs more to meet my goal. First picture - 270lbs (not my highest), Second picture - 160lbs.
