My First Time Sharing!..

Ive only been working out and dieting one month.. However in that month I can tell a difference!.This is my first time posting..
*I hope my photos work!..:/ and they are so big... k.. so what you're are seeing is the top ones were took on Jan. 3rd 2013. I weighed 156 lbs.. The bottom two were taking today (Jan. 28th 2013) at 148 lbs.. In 25 days I lost 8 pounds, by making healthier food choices, no fast food, no soda, and going to the gym.

Can anyone tell me what is the easiest way to share pictures on here from my Ipod? I am still trying to learn to use it and I can post pictures to facebook but I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Thanks in advance. (Believe it or not, there are a few of us "older" people that are not quite as tech savvy as our children)0
