Help? Which BMR is the right BMR?

So, I know that you should never eat below your BMR. I decided to check with BMR calculators to see what they say (Yes I am aware these are just estimates and not 100% accurate) however, some are quite different from eachother.

1312 - This one is from MFP, others are from different calculators I found off google.

1691

1662
1397
1410
1530
1547

So the lowest is MFP's estimate of 1312, and the highest is 1691. That's quite a difference, and am not sure what to go by out of my options. If it's 1312 then I'm right on track, but if I am closer to 1691 then I am eating below my BMR, which I know is bad.

So what do I do? :noway: I don't want to ruin my metabolism by eating below what I should be.
