hi everyone! im a mother of 2. tired of being uncomfortable in my own skin. i was wondering if theres any stay at home moms out there that could help with the calorie friendly meals that everyone can eat. i know if i just stick to just the healthy food items i will end up just gaining weight back. so please share your budget/calorie friendly ideas or tips
thanks

I've stopped including the carb dish with dinner. We've replaced the potato, noodle or rice dish with a second vegetable. It's just as filling, much less calories and healthier for you. Good luck!!

I like to get pitas and fill them with lunch meat and A LOT of veggies sometimes cheese. My children love them as well. It is around 200 calories for the whole thing. Just look for some low cal/carb pitas. I find mine in the Deli of the store I buy my groceries at (****'s Market). Good luck!

Ive recently started watching my calorie intake by writing everything down. I keep a notepad with pen in the kitchen so its easy. I also look for the best calorie healthy foods at my local store....like veggie egg rolls-veggie burgers-salad stuff-corn puff popcorn to snack on...etc. Writing things down holds you accountable for all you put in your mouth!:glasses:
  • I try and stay away from red meat as much as I can. My family and I tend to eat more tuna, chicken and veggies. We have also started eatting the Healthy Wheat 35 calorie bread. Just make small changes and watch the results.
