Being built like a dwarf had a child with charile brown and shrek I'm going to see how I look at 200 to see if I want to stay there or keep going.
Started in may 2011 when my hours at work as a graphic designer got cut since it became cheaper to eat salads and soup then McD's and chinese every day. Started going to the going to the gym in november.
Biggest problems...hit a plateau around 245 I got through by eating more calories and giving my body a rest instead of 6 days on 1 day off, 1 day on one day off, I was having trouble hitting 1200 calories a day since it's never been how much I hate it was what I ate and how little I did, I've recently been pushing myself harder and well tonight my body is pretty much saying "PLEASE STOP!" my knees, my back and my shoulder...not as durable as I was when I was younger and MOST IMPORTANTLY my clothes are way too big now but I have a new collection of t-shirts.
I also changed up my diet to fill in calories with fruits..started following this..well a more serious version of this...

Here I go. I was going to wait to hit 40lbs lost before I did this, but the scale stalled and I was getting discouraged. Needed the boost I guess!
SW: 220
CW: 182
GW: 135-140, not sure
I'm also down 15.75 inches

(not sure if it's going to be huge, sorry if it is. I resized the last set of photos too small and can't get them bigger so I won't touch this one lol)

Started at 332 and pic shows the start of the journey and after hitting 100lbs lost, current is 205, well it was last time I weighed myself on the 5th January so it might be a bit lower at next weigh day on 5th February. Don't have a GW, I'm now just working on lowering body fat and reshaping through lot's of heavy weights work until I'm happy.

Wow... you've already lost 14 pounds since joining in January?? That's incredible. This is only my third week, but I've only lost 5 lbs total. I'm following the 1200 calorie diet to the letter, so I sure hope I see that number on the scale start going down soon. I'm currently at 150 & goal is 135. I wonder if individuals who have more weight to lose see bigger and faster results than someone like me. Can anyone enlighten me on this?0
