new & vegan & wanna get fit

Hey everyone, I've been doing this fitness pal thing for about a month and want to see what else it has to offer. Been vegan for four years and trying to cut some fat and add some muscle.

    don't you just LOVE how non-vegans purport to know more about vegan nutrition and its "limits" than vegans themselves, who have often spent YEARS researching and refining their food intake?
