For the first time since forever, I have nothing hanging below my pelvic bone. No skin and most importantly, no fat. I looked in the mirror and everything is staying above. My ab work is paying off! I had resigned myself to always having loose pieces because of my age and shape, but I was wrong, I can still have a toned tummy! Yay!
