    Just started on Monday. By wed I was down 4 pounds and now I have gained back 2. I need support too, we can do this together. I am logging everything in. I feel I am putting all calories, etc in. So I have no idea. Not giving up. I am excercising every day

    You're doing OK; don't fret about it. Your weight will go up and down a little bit day to day. The best way to keep track of how you are progressing is to weigh once a week, always on the same day, with few or no clothes on. A good diet will slim you down around a pound a week. I notice I plateau every once in a while, but lose inches (not pounds) during the plateaus. Don't know why. But that is good too!
