finaly at my first goal

It took a while, but I hit my first goal YIPPEE for me.
July 9, 2012 panic weight of 295
Feb 1, 2013 first goal of 250
I'm going to enjoy my ticker for a day or two "0 lbs. TO GO" then reset to my new goal weight of 235
Small Steps and achievable goals make it easier for me.

    Congratulations! I think the smaller goals isa great idea. My ultimate, ultimate goal is so daunting it seems like I can never get there. I think I'll rethink my approach so I can have some smaller victories along the way. Thanks for the inspiration.
