incline treadmill running

All I have to say is dang!! Bootcamp has me doing some running like I'm not used to. I'm talking sprints at 9.0-10.0 mph (which I havent reached yet, 8.5 is my max so far). The sprints are tough but the incline running is whats really killing me! They have us running up to incline 15 which i haven't reached yet either. I hope this really improves my fitness and helps me tone up and blast fat.

    I hope you are not one of those people who hug the panel in front of you when running on incline :)

    I loved my 15% incline yesterday. 12.5km/h for 5km I did that. I loved it.
  • I upped by treadmill for my interval training to 8.9MPH / +3 incline this week. Just the incline alone made a big difference to the workout.
