    Hi. I am new, sort of. I found this site a year ago but never really got going on a diet. Now I've been dieting since after the holidays and just remembered this site. I will be logging on daily and would love a friend who does the same, so add me too.

    My diary isn't open because I don't track calories or macros anymore--just eat intuitively and listen to my body. But I do log on daily, unless I forget.
