I challenge you to complete 500 jumping jacks over the span of the weekend. You can break them up however you want. The goal is just to get in 500 before midnight Sunday.

I don't get it I exercised all weekend and never went over my calories until Sunday and I gained 3 lbs...that's crazy!!!0
