    :glasses: Welcome - I just decided to get on the message board today - been on MFP since March and had already lost about 10-12 pounds before this - but this makes it so easy to keep up with. Almost (hahahaha) idiot proof....

    I do yoga, walk, and strength train with weights 5 days a week.

    What is your strategy this week to become healthy, happy, and get a :smokin: bod?

  • well hello i am new here and this is my first step in trying to lose weight. my sister is on here somewhere and i know she probably looks and feels way better than me right now.

    Thanks for the encouragement! I went walking tonight....my fitness preferences are walking, jogging, yoga, weights, and my hubby wants me to kickbox (I think he had fun picking out the gear) A year ago I was working out regularly and was keeping at my goal...and then after I lost my best-friend, I quit. So I want to get back where I was and just take it a day at a time to get there. This seems like a great site!
