I got mine at Target, but like others said Wal-Mart has it for $9 - which is very cheap for the results you get - I love mine - I do it almost every day. Look for it in the Fitness Aisle0

You can download them at www.exercisetv.com and you can download level 1, 2 & 3 for $9.99. You can keep them on your computer, burn them to a CD or upload them to an MP4 player.0
