I finally did body fat calculation on fat2fit site... puts me at 30.5 which says I am obese?? Seriously, wondering on the accuracy of that. I feel I only have about 10 pounds or so to lose, I can wear a size 4 or 6 so certainly do not consider myself obese... Maybe I looked at something wrong...

According to their site, over 40% is obese - 30.5% is within the healthy 21%-35% range!

My body fat calculation is 4% lower when I use the military fat2fit calculator that asks for height rather than the other fat2fit calculator.

I am guessing the site isn't accurate, or measuements need to be exact. I am clearly obese, and it said i was 26.1. i think my measurements were off, or maybe it doesn't take in factors like height. A size 4 or 6 doesn't sound like you are obese.
