Plasma Center SV and NSV!

I went to the plasma center to donate for the first time in a few weeks. As of my last visit 3 weeks ago I was at 270 on their scale. Two days ago it was 158. (Their scale weighs me about 10 lbs more than mine.) The girl taking my stats commented on it and said that was really good. As for the NSV, my heart rate last time had been in the upper 80s. That had already gone down from being constantly above 100, which is why I often got defered before. This time it was around 70 BPM!!! Woot woot!
