Oh man..... I miss Mr. Goodcents. I'd always get The Nickel when I would go there back in the day.

I haven't had Mr. Goodcents in about 15 years.

Never been to a Mr. Goodcents, but here is a link to some of their calorie options: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/nutrition-facts-calories/mr-goodcents

Subway has their nutrition menu on their site, and it lets you customize your sandwich to exactly the way you want it.

Frankly, Subway is not as good as they make it sound. It's loaded with sodium, plus that meat sits out all day... No thanks.

You'd be better off making your own sandwich, or going to a real sub place.

I know this topic is kind of old, but wanted to share anyway since I had Goodcents today. I think most people would be able to fit it into their calorie plan.

12in Turkey on Wheat with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, black olives, pickles, green peppers and mustard is only 533 calories.

It is a HUGE sandwich. I eat a little more than half for lunch then the rest later for a snack.

It is pretty high in carbs, definitely not something for everyday, but okay for once a week or so.

Tip: If you are concerned about Sodium, get it without pickles and mustard and that cuts the sodium down by 432g!
