First run of the month for me - 1/2 mile warm up, 5 mile run, 1/2 mile cool down! Got a long run this weekend with my husband I'm looking forward to

Oof, running a long run after running the day before was really rough; I had been hoping to do a 10 miler but we barely scraped 8. Ow. And it was SLOW. But I did it!
