Mid 30's wife from California

Hello everyone !

I'm here to finally get healthy before I turn 35 this year , well a start to it anyway and have found this community to have some great ideas already! I am excited to be here and have been journaling my food for a week now and going to the gym 5 days a week for 45mins each day as a minimum with cardio and strength training included. In my first week I have lost 7.2 lbs - surprisingly and am on a plan to achieve about 1-2 lbs loss a week.

I'm from the bay area in California and love to cook so I am excited to share recipies too !

I'm 34 years old - 5'2" and my starting weight was 295. Currently 288.8. I look forward to making some great friends. I love to chat and encourage others so feel free to message or add me :)
