I'm in too! I'm using a treadmill during the winter, but try to do at least 2 miles a day, 5 times a week. Treadmill incline 0-4.0. Average 2.5-3 miles each time. Feb 1--2 miles. Feb 2--2.7 miles.0

Have gotten lazy about walking my 30 minutes on the treadmill at the gym so this challenge should help me to remember a full 30 minutes I am in0

I use walking as a good tool for me. I'm on my feet a lot during the day at work but I still enjoy my time outside or on my treadmill. Thanks for the invitation to join.0

This is for me, i walk on treadmill daily. I try to do three 30 mins. So far this month I have walked 4 hours.

Awesome. I'm trying to do the "50 miles in February" challenge, and most of that will be walking for me -- treadmill and just daily walking. I don't log miles as I do my daily walks around campus and such, but do log time, so this will be a nice complement/motivator to tracking my miles on the treadmill.0

Catching up on February: 30 minutes Friday, 20 minutes Saturday, 45 minutes today (moderate/dog walking pace).
If you want to track miles (daily/weekly/monthly) a cheap pedometer is great. I think mine cost $14 US, you can reset it each walk or leave it be and let it accumulate the whole month.0 -
