ive gone from 259lbs to 212 in about 4 months and still going! :) stay focused!!

EDIT: there is no BIG SECRET guys! Its simple...EAT LESS..MOVE MORE! I watch my portion sizes, i count my calories, and i limit my intake of fat, sugar, and sodium. i started in october by just watching what i ate and walking here and there..these days i am at the gym 3-4 days a week doing cardio and strength training. you can do what i did, you just have to PUSH YOURSELF!

NO EXCUSES!
