Orange Theory?

If you have been to an Orange Theory in the past, what do you think about it in comparison to a gym such as Gold's, the YMCA, Bally's, etc? I have a friend that swears by it. Do you feel that it's worth the money?

    It really depends on how you use the other gyms you mentioned. The reason I love ornage theory is this:
    1. Can't decide last minute that I am too tired or too busy to go or I have to pay $10 since classes are booked on line and spots reserved.
    2. the same workout that takes 1 hour there would take me 1.5 hours by the time I get to the gym, set up my equiptment and move from space to space (assuming everything is even open).
    3. it is hard to slack off...the trainer is watchig and you feel competative to others in the class.

    I love it. It is worth the extra money and an awesome work out that I know I would never be motivated to do on my own.
