Howdy!

So I'm new to this and am doing very well! Comfortable in learning and practicing this discipline however since I am on the road to reaching my goal I want to really understand as much as I can so my concern and question comes in the logging of the appropriate weights and measurements of food intake. Sometimes the option is gram, Tsp, Tbsp . . .etc Im trying to find a good conversion calculator online to help keep me honest instead of guessatimating!

Example under Hellman's Real Mayo there's two selection of: 1T 1g or 1T 13g . . . how do I measure one teaspoon to gram? :flowerforyou:
